- The Junior Web Developer ensures that updates can be carried out to the website regularly as the job requires having a general overview of the entire website.
- The Junior Web Developer is responsible for producing quality solutions based on user requirement documents, in order to ensure that the user has their website created how they like.
- The Junior Web Developer also ensures to read and review code of other developers work in order to ensure that the code is right and as simple as possible. The Junior Web Developer will also make regular bug fixes to any website to ensure all of our websites are up-to-date.

- The Graphic Designer is expected to create high quality original images in order for the websites being created to look as professional as possible, the graphic designer is creative minded in order for constant ideas.
- The Graphic Designer is responsible for asking what graphics are needed per website in order for them to create the graphics needed. The Graphic Designer is also responsible for knowing what colours go with each other, in order for the website to have a pleasant look.
- The Graphic Designer needs many different skills such as communication skills where they will need to regularly communicate with the rest of the team in order to know what graphics are needed for each website. The graphic designer will also need to have a sense of creativity in order to create original graphics.
